you get your paycheck each payperiod and they have benefits
Cons
chaoitc work environment, very poor production planning which contributes to the chaos and constant crisis of getting parts/assy's produced. Production mgr has bad methods-archiac practices and is next to impossible to track work flow. No finesse in manufacturing plan, thier answer is 'work more hours'. Work harder not smarter. Worse job ever! Highest turnover of employees I've EVER seen in my career. People simply walk out and never to be seen again. Big ego management types.
