Pros

Multiverse is an incredibly unique organisation. I've always wanted to work somewhere where the work I do genuinely impacts peoples lives. Coupling this with the excitement of our incredible growth, means that we get to do this at scale. Its an exciting place to be. I really care about getting a lot out of my career & if you're willing to be dedicated - you will grow more than you ever thought possible, whilst making positive change. I genuinely don't think there is another start up in the UK or US where you get both. The people & leaders here are so inspirational - yes they will push you hard, but this is what it takes to change the world - for yourself and others.

Cons

Its not easy to work here! The leadership assess performance on contribution, not hours worked, so if you are someone who likes a steady schedule, this won't be the place for you. Instead, I love the flexibility that I get in my role - I can travel into the office at lunch time if I am in meetings all morning, log off to go see my friends for an early dinner, but equally work into the evenings from time to time. If you're passionate about what you do, and have this support and flexibility, I don't see this as a con at all, but appreciate that there are people who like a very predictable and consistent schedule. I don't believe that this is future of work & love that we're at the forefront of making work, work for our people.

Pros

Multiverse is a supportive environment, with inspiring colleagues. The case load is high, but management are aware and making changes. The company supported me through a major health concern recently and I couldn’t have asked for better managers and HR team throughout the process. Coach roles are remote, which allows for flexible working, particularly good for follow up appointments.

Cons

None! Multiverse has many benefits.

Hi, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. First off, thank you for three years of hard work - hearing what has kept you here for all this time is absolutely fantastic. Reading how your managers and the People team supported you through a major health concern honestly means the world to me. We genuinely care about building a supportive environment, and seeing that put straight into practice when it matters most is exactly what we aim for. I'm so glad our remote-first coach setup - which is a unique role in our business with its own dedicated arrangements - gave you the flexibility you needed to manage your follow-up appointments smoothly. You’re also spot-on about the caseload. We're fully aware of it, which is why we are hyper-focused on upgrading our technology and automations to eliminate the manual admin tasks and give our coaches their time back. We look forward to hearing your feedback on the new tooling! Paige - SVP People Talent

Pros

Of all the places I have worked, Multiverse genuinely cares about their people. From the development of team members to fair opportunity for promotion. Our CEO genuinely understands that to have a successful organisation, you need to invest in your people. If you work hard, it will be noticed. If you have areas to develop, it will be shared in a kind way with you directly. The greatest career move I have ever made was to join Multiverse. They are investing heavily in AI and AI training for every team member - this is and will be game changing for anyone’s career.

Cons

Genuinely very little - the business understands its areas for development and have planned for these.

Hi, Thank you so much for taking the time to share your thoughts with us. I am absolutely thrilled to read that joining Multiverse has been the greatest career move you’ve ever made! It means a lot to hear that our deep care for our team, transparent feedback loops, and equitable opportunities for promotion are truly hitting the mark. We are incredibly proud of the high-calibre team we’ve built, and a huge part of that is ensuring hard work is noticed and development areas are always supported in a kind, direct way. I love that you highlighted our internal training and heavy investment in AI. We are firm believers that we cannot credibly transform our customers' workforces if we aren't leading by example and maximising the technical capabilities of our own people first. It's incredibly exciting to see our team members leveraging these tools to supercharge their own career paths. We will absolutely take your advice to keep listening to our people. Nurturing and developing our talent through continuous feedback is our top priority, and your review is a fantastic reminder of why we do it. All the best, Paige - SVP People Talent
