Pros

There were no pros except leaving

Cons

This company is a toxic, abusive, and highly stressful work environment. Leadership consistently sets employees up for failure by overloading them with work, providing insufficient training, and still expecting performance well beyond reasonable expectations with minimal support. This is a culture that discourages leaving on time and frowns upon conversations outside of work amongst coworkers. Employees are frequently put on the spot in front of colleagues in meetings and talked down to for not having immediate answers. I have personally witnessed leadership yelling at staff and speaking to them in a demeaning manner. Constant turnover because they can't keep employees due to termination offten due to expecations not met even with minimal support and no training structure, or resignation often due to the stressful toxic environment. I would not recommend this company to anyone seeking a professional, respectful, or supportive workplace.

Pros

Company has great potential to grow and scale with the proper resources, systems and management in place.

Cons

Role Misalignment / Overextension • Job responsibilities are drastically misaligned with the original job description. • Employees are expected to perform multiple roles without appropriate recognition or compensation. Compensation / Flexibility • Salary is not competitive with market standards or aligned with experience level. • There is little to no flexibility, and expectations remain rigid even during illness or personal emergencies. Work-Life Balance / Culture • Work-life balance is nonexistent. • The culture is abusive, perpetuated by executive leadership (CMO and CEO), with no accountability. • Employees who raise concerns face retaliation or corrective actions. Communication / Environment • Daily operations involve finger-pointing and bullying tactics. • Speaking casually or collaborating with peers is discouraged unless directed by management. Training / Tools • Onboarding and training are severely lacking. • No documentation or standardized processes are provided. • Company systems are outdated and inefficient, relying heavily on manual input. • Tools are incapable of supporting growth, and operational models are immature.
