Pay was good, had an AMAZING team, good mentorship from MY admin, beautiful new buildings
Cons
Unorganized, discipline problems, CULT LIKE “CULTURE”, long work hours, curriculum was not the best, higher ups very RUDE AND DISTASTEFUL, too many uncertified teachers, very last minute, a lot of backstabbing.Would not do it again.I could go on for days…..
Schools are new and beautiful, the people are very welcoming. The interview process was more scenario base. If you are a new teacher with no experience in the field, the training is very thorough.
Cons
Meetings and leaders make you feel extremely welcomed just to make you feel like this place should be your full life. If you're not following the "Movement way" then you're breaking the law. This school has plenty of potential, but the environment is very uncomfortable, which makes you feel like you're never doing a great job.
