Pros

Big clients such as Ferrari. Ambitious projects and willing to embrace cutting edge technologies. Very nice area in Surrey.

Cons

A lot of legacy stuff. The company is trying to move away from it but struggle seriously. Not very good initial designs. Lack of a proper software architect.
