Pros
Motava is a fun company that is continually growing. Everyone helps each other to get tasks and projects completed and has a voice to contribute new ideas. Since it is a smaller company each person is in essence, their own manager and wears multiple hats. This does make the work you do always different.
Cons
Motava can't compete with larger companies in perks but covers all the essentials (medical and dental).
