Very few aside from the basics that every company offers.

No opportunity for growth, management is absent, and you’re left to fend for yourself.

Cons

On-call expectations can be unreasonable and compensation for same is weak. For example, no pay for travel and no minimum call out pay. Free apartment for Service Manager is nice but, BE CAREFUL. When resigning management gave two weeks grace period on rent fees and then charged me for the two weeks after leaving the company on good terms, after giving a generous 5 weeks notice. Plan on being moved out before your last day, don't believe anything that you don't get in writing.
