Retail division(ABRL More format)was not properly managed, always worried about cost-cutting & man power reduction. Since loss-making organization, poor employee benefits.

Cons

Everyone has to work without any yearly incentives. Initial CTC will be given as per agreed, but yearly increments will be very less.

Frankly, there are no pros , except the Aditya Birla name.

Cons

Extreme pressure and no personal life. No real growth happens unless you join the company with a low salary base. Low salary. Adhoc decisions with no logic will be taken by your bosses and you are expected to deliver.
