Pros
Moon Rabbit is unlike any other agency out there. They do things much differently from a typical agency, and the work coming out is unlike anything else as a result. Great youthful vibe and the best branding of any agency out there (consumer or otherwise).
Cons
It's not for everyone. If you're looking to hide or just do your work and punch out, it's not for you. It's not a huge place, so you'll need to wear many hats. This is an agency for hungry people who want to work at a place where they can make an impact on day one.

Great compensation, excellent benefits, interesting projects
Cons
Toxic environment that management turns a blind eye to, constant work politics and drama (people complain about each other regularly), employees are stressed and vent to each other but nothing changes
