Pros
Company has a clear vision. Definitely feels like the work we do is directly connected to the bottom line. Tech stack is new and efficient and we're always trying to be on the cutting edge. People are nice, management is transparent, and workload is manageable. Has a fun start-up feel.
Cons
100% remote for the foreseeable future. I'm hoping for a remote/office hybrid model in 2022
