Pros
Is a growing studio, getting it's name out there with good work and good shows. Is a good chance to get some nice shows to your reel. They pay extra hours, and the supervisor have a good balance between getting the job done and having a life outside the office.
Cons
Because the grew so fast, there are many problems specially pipeline, most of your job will be trying to figure out why you can not work in your shot. Human Resource are super messy, they will not tell you if they are going to renew your contract until the last time they got (ie 1 week or 1 day before it expires). The mess is so big, that sometimes is super difficult to do your job because you are lacking information or tools to do it.
