We have great, dedicated people coming together to manufacture awesome machines and many of those have a long tenure with Modula and its predecessors, we've even had recent key leadership roles gain new people whose hearts are in the right place. We'd like to assure you that we strive to maintain the highest quality of standards for not only our customers, but for our employees as well. Years ago, we failed to engage you as an employer and that was never our intent. Growing pains are a double-edged sword--some decisions are necessary but may not be popular or clear.
