---Competitive pay - better than most like businesses in the area. ---This family owned business cares about the welfare of both their employees and their tenants. ---Company owners are very pet friendly, and also operate an animal rescue mission. ---Office employees. maintenance workers, and property managers are all treated equally as professionals.
Cons
---A smaller company with room for growth.

Pros
Lots of opportunity for personal initiative. Small group of hard-working, dedicated people. Good communication and lots of helping if needed. Conflicts are minimal and easily resolved because the crew like and trust each other. The troublemakers were weeded out in January and February of 2013.
Cons
The small crew means that everyone must work hard. We depend a great deal on each other, and sometimes there seems to be more work than our small crew can do, which can be stressful. But, we get it done.
