      Pros

      Dynamic environment, perfect to learn and develop your career. Coming from multi-national companies I love the flexibility and ability to reach your supervisors and get projects done. We also play soccer or basketball most lunches, which is great.

      Cons

      Because it is a small companies there is no defined structure of professional advancement.

      Pros

      Fulfilling work experience to be able to see your project witnessed by the public. Very cool to know that MPE equipment is behind the production of everyday products
