I am truly honored to be a Q1 2026 awardee, and I’m grateful to be part of an organization that recognizes and celebrates its people. My journey here at Moder has been incredibly meaningful and much of that is because of the guidance and support I received from my direct supervisor, Kushal Gupta. What inspired me the most is having a leader who genuinely believed in me and consistently saw my potential, even when I was still adjusting as an external hire stepping into a Team Lead role. I strongly believe that sometimes, it only takes one person to believe in you to help you realize what you are capable of and that has made all the difference in my journey. My supervisor has been more than just a manager; he has been a true mentor in every sense. Through continuous coaching, trust, and encouragement, he helped bring out the best version of the leader I am today. Because of that, I have gained confidence, grown professionally, and felt empowered to lead effectively. Choosing to join Moder is one of the best decisions I have ever made. The company fosters a supportive environment where people are valued and developed. It is a place where growth is encouraged, and achievements are recognized. Looking ahead, I can genuinely see myself continuing my journey here for the next five years or even more. Moder has become a place where I feel inspired, supported, and motivated to keep growing.
