Great teammate despite the managers effort

First I have to wait a month to get an old laptop with illegal software to work with. Then you have to deal with clueless directors who only interest is making money at the instance of the users. It's not a problem for them if they make promises that can't be fulfilled. Then a child, a family member without experience start to lead all initiatives without any strategy or direction. No budget, no real team and to finish this nightmare they're paying the wages 15 days after they should have done it.
