      Pros

      Appraisal delays, pathetic management, incompetent culture, waste of good talent. Very bad thing observ is appraisal cycle....which is 6 months delay .

      Cons

      "Very Bad Experience: Delays appraisal letters just to retain employees." Deliberately pushed the appraisal cycle to extened 6 months so that employees don't change job
