Pros
Comfortable and nice atmosphere, co-workers are great, management does not push. Since it's a relatively small company, is easy to speak up and let management know if there is any trouble. At the same time, projects are challenging and the tech leaders try to implement new technologies wherever is possible
Cons
The workflow could be demanding and there are times with too much work. Even though overwork sometimes is paid, there is nothing formal and stablished regarding that.
