      Pros

      Live on the property. utilities are paid. Ok to piggy back on company internet. Free box truck whenever you need it. Bonus point system based on property performance. Cash in for gift cards.

      Cons

      Medical sucks, no dental, no vision, no life insurance, no moving up in the company.

      - Apartment - Off Sunday & Monday

      Cons

      - Pay is terrible. - There is literally zero advancement opportunity. - There is only one office for corporate, which is in CA. There aren't any regional managers. So if you happen to need approval on something before their office opens, you're just stuck waiting until they open. - No benefits.

      Pros

      If you want to kick back and play video games all day, this is the job for you. Great for a person with no ambition.

      Cons

      No growth possible. Low pay. No benefits. I never saw a single person from corporate at our storage site, so I never got any personal feedbaack. Though I did talk with someone a few times over the phone. There seemed to be a total disconnect between our site and corporate.
