Pros

I would list the pros if I could think of any.

Cons

This company does not care about you as a person, or care about your career growth. (They will tell you they do though.) They do not offer competitive pay. Terrible benefits “packages.” The selfish and greedy management is not transparent, and will lead you on regarding “opportunities” for their own benefit - to keep you working there for low pay with promises of better things coming soon. You would be better off working at a zoo.

No opportunity for growth

Pros

Coworkers are pleasant however many of them are leaving, have been laid off or left for other companies.

Cons

Poor Management / Leadership. Leadership does not understand the industry they are in or the effects of their decisions on employee morale. Most people who haven't left the company are actively looking for opportunities elsewhere.

Pros

Culture committee, stocked fridge, little library to check out books, friendly employees, new office.

Cons

Sales = call center. Marketing = spam center. Dial or die mentality. Laid people off with no empathy. Cut employees a day before bonuses so they wouldn't have to pay them out. Gave 2 weeks severance to long time employees. Leadership had print-outs on their desk on "How to manage monkeys". High sales team turn over but its not leaderships fault. They put women on their website leadership page that aren't even MindSpring employees (they're CTG) just to seem diverse. Many departments had to take on the additional workload from layoffs but were never compensated. If there are open positions, its because they let someone go, not because they are growing. They've been asking employees for positive reviews for damage control. I honestly feel for the employees as there are some good people working there.
