      Pros

      Newer equipment, Close to home location, The worker are a great group of people fun to be around and willing to work.

      Cons

      Pay is not figured right pay period doesn't follow work week so company makes out on the work of its employees by splitting the week from Friday to Friday but payroll is Monday thru Sunday. Company wins employee looses.

      People on the ground are a good time to work with, lots of travel to many different types of jobs/locations, good way to meet contacts and get experience to obtain a dignified career elsewhere

      Cons

      Management has no interest in communicating with the work force which allowed them to steal $2 million dollars in prevailing wages (that we know of), you're more or less on call 24/7, breaking your back, malnourished and sleep deprived to get some OT to scrape by while your work subsidizes managements classic car collection and boat repairs. Apparently once upon a time the place used to be respectable, now like pretty much all companies the workers are shown absolutely no respect or dignity. Take everything you possibly can from them, get a CDL, do as little as you can for them, don't do them favors because they're not going to give a damn, get out and find something better ASAP.

      Worked a wage scale job in NY and they shorted me over $100 a day for 10 days...imagine if they weren't audited.

      A job good hard workers

      Cons

      Management won't hire enough workers so the workers there are on call all the time, doesn't matter if you just worked 24 hour straight they will call you and threaten to suspend you if you dont come back into work.

The company acknowledges that our employees go above and beyond to service the needs of our customers in an emergency which can be day or night. The sacrifice can often mean working long hours which is rewarded in several ways including compensation.
