      Top management treats employees as slaves. HR does nothing and they let men get away with harrasment. Managers that are overseas also discriminate against women and ask to remove women from projects just because women won’t be able to “handle” work in male dominated industry. It is very unfortunate that this happens in a company led by a woman.
