Pros

Pretty good commission compensation and support from headquarters.

Cons

Vehicle maintenance costs as you'll be putting on a LOT of miles to service your territory, and you have to use your own car as an independent rep.

Pros

Some management are rockstars and will help you succeed if you're lucky.

Cons

The entire executive wing is family and seems to hate their employees unless you're related to the founding family or go to the same church. Expect to be disrepected and looked over unless you're a DeVries. Almost all minority employees in the building work out in the wearhouse doing manual labor. The office is pretty much entirely, old, white and tech illiterate.
