      Has a modern gym with every type of equipment with a half court basketball court and a free food full service kitchen and break room that's really nice

      Cons

      Well it's family owned so there is a pecking order you must follow or at least respect else you won't be around long.

      Pros

      Microlumen has an extremely employee centered culture. They have tons of benefits, opportunities to make more money through bonus, excellent work life balance, and genuinely nice people. I am constantly impressed by the positive culture here.
