      Pros

      Employees are all friendly and helpful, willing to share knowledge and collaborate/help out on tasks when asked. There's decent room for professional growth both in skillset and in position. Non-compensation benefits offered are solid, and pay is appropriate.

      Cons

      Because the company is still growing, things can sometimes change really quickly, really heavily, or both at the same time. Not necessarily a con for everyone, but worth noting.

      Pros

      Can't think of any as this place is a revolving door of great talent. They sell you a great company then suck the life out of you.

      Cons

      You are a scapegoat for an incompetent CEO, COO, and CTO. The CTO blew over 2 million on an Oracle upgrade and blamed others for his decision. The COO is too busy hiding in his office to understand his own business and plays favorites with people who flatter him. The executives paint a rosy picture to the investment board of directors and blame others for their costly decisions. Like Clark Howard said, never rent to own your AC unit as you'll pay twice the cost.
