      Pros

      - Positive, friendly, upbeat team who inspire and motivate you to do your best every day - Plenty of room for growth - Strong company values and ethics - High quality products that actually get people life-changing results ("Lives Touched" is a highlight of our daily stand up meetings) - Excellent leadership - Hard work is rewarded, acknowledged, and appreciated -

      I haven't gotten a chance to meet the team in person yet, as I work remotely from Canada.

      Pros

      I absolutely loved my co workers. The people I worked with were so talented and amazing. Among the EMPLOYEES there is a great culture. But it ends there. They preach amazing values but they don’t live up to them. The benefits are good.

      Cons

      The company is making constant changes with operations and even formulas and doesn’t talk to employees or their customers. Customers would find out and it was a huge issue. Management needs a lot of work. A lot of unnecessary anxiety is passed down. A few of the owners have past legal issues that are very troubling. The pay is nice but I believe they are currently letting people go with higher salaries and bringing on people for less.

      Pros

      The people here in the Idaho location are great. They are dedicated and fun to work with.

      Cons

      The new ownership group is not on site in Idaho and don't appear to be too interested in being here. They check in once in a while but only to throw a free lunch at the hourly people. The company has changed a lot since the owners sold it. A lot. I heard that Microbe Formulas as a brand doesn't even exist anymore. I guess I left at the right time.
