      Chill and good environment

      Pros

      People are friendly and willing to cooperate. It’s a good environment to work. Could WFH two days a week.

      Cons

      It’s easier for those who is good at multi languages. And the payment rule is quite strict cuz the financial lead acts as a the most powerful role in MicroAd. Sometimes the project could get stuck due to the financial team.
