      Pros

      People can be nice, and you get to interact with a variety of personality styles and interesting folk.

      Cons

      - constant arguing from management, pulled into fights all the time - have to basically beg to get paid before leaving on Friday evening - low pay, no healthcare, working weekends - if you leave for lunch for more than 20 min, someone will literally call you to find out where you are - have to come in on Saturdays to do nothing, because no one is there - no working computers - backward financial system - no career growth

      Pros

      Close knit office, good environment, great management, hands-on training, lots of rental connections and listings throughout Manhattan. Overall a great company for beginners or experienced agents that are looking to work on Manhattan rentals. FYI- If you know what you are doing in the sales market, you will be provided with the support and material to do so.

      Cons

      Expected to work from the office, no part-time options, not the most presentable office space for clientele, constantly monitored - but its a good thing for newer agents that need the push and help.
