Pros
We really co-operate each other like co-operate our family members. It's a very good Company. The highlight of the Company is our Management. Our Management is excellent. They give more freedom to staff for development.
Cons
Like in every private Organization, ego of superiors some times put the subordinates in trouble. But, one thing to mention here. Once we feel our organization is a family, we have to bear some problems now and then. Working environment is good.
