Please, please do yourself a favour and avoid this company like the plague (I know it seems dramatic but I'm writing this sincerely so you don't waste your time) Background: I've worked for many software companies - Never worked for a more insane, egotistical control freak than this leadership - The 'leads' they tell you about in the interview is a list of cold calls to make every day (think non-profit yellow pages) - Software and employee tools are completely out of date - Complete revolving door of employees due to leadership, average work tenure 1-3 months - The fact that they have a 4 rating on Glassdoor is laughable and 100% fake reviews written by them

The working environment is terrible! The desks are half broken down. The phone on your desk looks 20 years old and as an employee you don't even get a real computer. It's a tiny monitor with a Remote Desktop and runs on Windows XP (this is 2016 now). The office is dark and there is no paper tower or microwave in the kitchen area. You have to bring everything yourself. The management is not open to any new ideas or changes. The employee turnover is extremely high in the company and people come to work with flip flops.
