Fun and friendly people! Good reputation. Tech focused projects and opportunities. Lots of opps. to learn & grow.

Cons

Not immune to the DOGE contract cuts. MetaPhase had to downsize considerably in 2025, and while that's not necessarily the fault of the firm, their company culture did take a hit as a result.

Senior leadership seems biased towards the "In Crowd" sometimes based on personality, style over substance. As business declined, some good employees were let go or treated poorly.
