      Pros

      People were nice at first.

      Cons

      Promises made during the hiring process were not kept. Extremely unprofessional environment. Owner openly yells at and berates the managers, who then do the same to their people. At the time I was there, they had an employee that management knew, would alter other employees paperwork to reflect mistakes and no action was taken. No retirement plan and sick and vacation time is not paid out when you leave.

      Pros

      Family friendly environment and encouraged work/life balance. The large variety of unique and interesting projects were challenging and provided opportunities to learn. I found the production team informative and willing to offer their insight and expertise. Relaxed environment, casual dress.

      Cons

      Sr. Management is out of touch with current trends and technology. High employee turnover. Tendency to micromanage. Undervaluing the importance of certain department contributions.

      Pros

      Carl, is probably the most knowledgeable in his field. The company is very good at what they do. Good people. Great professionalism.

      Cons

      The prototype industry has huge swings in production. Not an easy industry to follow lean practices. Unfortunately, the pay for subordinates was low and it made it hard to find good help that was willing to stay.
