      Old company with sustainable financials

      Cons

      Poor and outdated leadership, micro-management Old systems, overdue to come to the 21st century Poor HR service and listening. Do not care about their employees as many other companies do nowadays, nor recognize their value. Salaries are far below industry standards.

      Some teams are fun to work with.

      Cons

      bad incentives, low salaries, low vacations, focus on money instead of keeping people. Each time you ask something, management makes you feel cheap for asking. No place for negociation.
