Its creative non management staff are completely undervalued

Creative atmosphere, ongoing challenges daily that lead to large and small scale projects, great scenic shop with a facility to create the incredible, the non management staff drives this company.
Cons
Poor company culture, low value of employees, bottom of the barrell pay compared to the rest of the AV industry in Phoenix, raises are "not a thing", owners are completely out of touch with trends and sales force is content to sit and wait for business, majority of sales force has no clue of how to sell AV or scenic and has little to no knowledge of trends in product, out of date business practices create larger hurdles for staff, constant micromanagement, out of date AV equipment, low company morale, lots of behind the back talk you never know what is coming your way, management likes to yell and scream at employees and are completely disrespectful at times even to a racial discriminatory point of disrespect, they promise the world to get you in the door and after neglect to take care of the most important part of their business...the people who drive this ship, mom and pop shop that needs to let go and turn over to a better more industry focused management style.
