      None that I can think of.

      Cons

      Poor scheduling of employees schedule hours to work per week. No Paid time off, poor medical benefit. Poor human resource department. Poor wages. Disrespectful supervisor. No information available to tell you what your paycheck amount until the day of pay.

      Pros

      Full-time work, overtime available, advancement possible, uniforms provided, armed security training if interested/qualified, health/vision insurance, office staff is great to work with. If you have a dependable vehicle, phone, valid driver's license, can pass a background check and drug screen, and have a good work ethic- you qualify for a job here. Great company and lots of fun to work at.

      Cons

      Pay in this field of work tends to be low. Expect to be called in from time to time and to work on holidays or stay a little late sometimes- it is security, and that is the nature of the job.

      Great Hours , Great Employees

      Cons

      They will burn you out Asap , Management doesn't care about your issues and Has some major Safety issues . OSHA would probably be offended if that found out .
