      Work life balance is pretty solid. Love my co-workers and my team, they trust me to do my best and they never make me feel inadequate even if I make a mistake

      Nice people to talk too. You don’t have to work too hard.

      Cons

      Financials way below industry and costing employees bonuses. Seems like creative reporting as everything is great all year until the end. Mediocrity and obedience are promoted.

      Hybrid remote work schedule arrangement.

      Cons

      Low pay, minimal training, and high volume of work. The company itself is stuck in the 1980s - the systems and technology are prehistoric. You are essentially a glorified secretary responsible for administrative tasks.
