Pros
Merchant Services Direct, now Sphyra LLC, provides inexpensive merchant processing. The product is easy to sell if you can catch merchants at the right time. If you are good at what you do, you can make pretty decent money.
Cons
The biggest con is the lack of transparency. As a new employee you receive a lot of training, however the rates you are trained to quote don't always correlate with what the merchants end up paying. This is my biggest qualm with this company

Pros
Not much of anything. If you want an unprofessional, noisy, immature environment to work in, than you'll find that here. You get a phone and PC to work at, but be prepared to supply your own supplies, and work off of lame lead lists.
Cons
No one knows anything about the other services and platforms other than the simple card swiper. The training is ridiculous, takes place after a long 8 hour day 3 days a week and primarily covers how to hustle your potential customer, customer/employee support is extremely limited, slow and not very knowledgible. Customers get ripped off because the services they are told they will receive/qualify for (ie. 24 hour money deposit for the merchant) is usually NOT the reality which isn't found out until after the contract is signed. Your trained to lie about their not being a contract to get the merchant to sign, I can go on and on . They also cannot beat competitors that are already heavily in the marketplace and servicing your potential clients or are looking for a new provider.
