Remote Working Salary is good

Cons

The Management team and C Level don't know what they are doing. They don't add any value to the brands they buy. Total lack of organization and everything is improvisation.

Fast paced and immature leadership

Pros

Extremelly fast paced, strategies changes from one week to another giving plenty of opportunity for professional experience. Generally, people are very eager to contribute, grow and adapt to the market shifts.

Cons

The high leadership (except perhaps the global CEO) are very immature, lacking the required experience for C-level roles. Also, prople processes are just pro-forma where most of internal initiatives are built for people productivity rather than wellbeing or fair recognition (ex. You need to be already performing the duties of the next level in order to be able to be promoted, and still there's no guarantee).
