As outlined in our Terms of Service and Sitter Minimum Standards, earnings may be withheld in rare cases where the level of service provided does not meet our established expectations or when substantiated concerns are raised regarding the quality or completion of care. These standards are in place to protect the integrity of the platform and the well-being of the cats entrusted to our community.
