      I have been working for more than 2.5 years at Medsynaptic. It is really a Great place to work. Directors, Managers and co-workers are working towards a common goal, and the work culture cultivates a very friendly environment with good work life balance. The best part of this organization is you are rewarded for your work with recognition and very good hike. Plus there is always room to grow in this organization. Fun activities organized on Diwali and other special occasions are really great refresher , also it helps in team bonding , which eventually lead to a better work place.. Also we get some bonus on Diwali. I am very happy to be part of Medsynaptic .Also will recommend others to join this organization

      1) Timely salary and TA payments

      1)worst work environment 2)HR policy is not trasparrent 3)Old employee dominate 4) no personal life 5)no off day for service engineer 6) no exposer in technology 7) carpi payment 8) TA un necessary cut down 9) work overload for new joiners 10) insult in customer place 11) employee have to oil the superior for every thing 12) some other region have hellish situation 13) boss always threat the lower employee 14) no off day for multiday travelling even you have to come to office on time if you come on that day morning 15)HO make more pathetic situation for regional employee's
