      Worst Job Ever!

      The training is thorough

      This was the worst company I ever worked for. The work was hard and pay and benefits are the lowest in the case mgmt market. Benefits are also poor. You work very long hours and they do not bonus. The micromanagement and rudeness of the owners was ridiculous! I've never been treated so poorly. They train you we'll and then make it impossible to stay with the company. Stay away!

      Leaving and finding another job.

      Cons

      Always covering other nurses appointments, have to drive across the states to attend other nurses appointments. Micromanaged by the supervisor. Office people are unfriendly. Nurses never bonus as it is impossible. Management plays favorites with their favorite nurses. They don't have enough business. Management owns the business and takes everything personally.
