There are some good supervisors and decent PTO, but that's it.
Cons
This company DOES NOT CARE about its employees. They play favorites and everyone else is overworked and underpaid. Salaries are well below market value, the higher ups are unfeeling and have no interest in investing in their staff. This place is a comedy of errors with structure and processes changing at the drop of a hat. You will be scrambling at the eleventh hour. Longtime employees can get away with not doing their jobs at the expense of new staff. They also keep randomly laying off people because they aren't making enough money. HR is completely incompetent and does not take complaints seriously. You will never grow or be respected here.
