Pros

Lots of great, motivated people to work with.

Cons

The company is behind the times when it comes to equal opportunity. Most executives here don't believe that women have a place in senior management.

Pros

- Half Days on Summer (Summer Fridays) - Work From Home 99% of the time - Save a lot of money from employee car program and get to drive new cars frequently

Cons

- Questionable leadership in departments. Immature leaders who take things too personally after receiving employee survey feedback - Extremely toxic working relationship with agency partners and way too many ongoing projects all the time - Overworked a lot of times and have to work overtime a lot without overtime pay. Only lieu time. - Extremely difficult to get promoted and move up in the company unless you play all the politics correctly

Pros

Great people to work with.

Cons

Upper managements are useless and comes up with every ways to screw your paycheques. Lowball wages and reluctant to give raises to match current offerings from similar companies.
