No pro at all .salerie is pro but they delayed that too.if u going here to build ur career strong forgot that.
Cons
So many cons . Team leads are so much lazy they dump their work on junior and roam around.upper management do not interfear they just want their daily quota complete thats it. their is perticular one guy a team lead (i even dnt want to say his name he is so worst )because of his politics and bad team lead so many good people left.he is that bad. So many people complaint against him but upper mangemnt do not listen. worst enviroment ,politics is too much. No saleri hikes,too much favouritism,worst project do not help u to build a career(specially 3d projects) lazy management, unannounced night shifts(even if they are not necessary),they dnt pay u for night shifts meals for 6 months (some time they forgot too)etc etc. Their moto for juniors is their is time to come at work but no time to go home.
