Potentially a good company in future. Good colleagues and friendly environment. Potential to grow a bit with the company at the moment

Cons

HR talk down at people, struggle to recruit the skills they need and when they find it you are belittled and told you are not worth what you think you are. OHS is a really big issue for the company. I was personally effected by an OHS event and I disappointly have to say nothing was done about it
