      Everyone is entitled to their opinion. Some people are not cut out for sales. Glad you are happy at wherever you landed. maxill has many long term and VERY successful sales people. I wish you well in your future endeavors.

      Horrible owner and management

      CEO has a mental problem, is abusive, racist, reigns by terror, spies on your emails and has total disregard for Human Rights or Employment Standards. Management steals your commissions, they keep best accounts for themselves having fictitious sales reps meddling in your territory. They never acknowledge any achievements, they do not pay any car expenses or any health benefits. Is a matter of time before they will be investigated for abuses and financial fraud. If you ask around the industry the owner of the company is well known as a horrible person to work for. Beware.

      We asked the Glassdoor to remove this untrue and rabid review, but they won’t. Fair enough. We can honestly say that is review this patently false and laden with hate to the point where we doubt it is from an ex-employee at all and its source is more likely from a competitor who has an economic axe to grind. Employer review websites today offer anyone a virtual soapbox to stand upon shout anything they want. Truthful or lies. Doesn’t matter. People are allowed to say anything they want, no matter how vicious or untrue. They are allowed to put it out there in a hope to damage a companies reputation and impair recruiting efforts. As a company, we can merely say that this post is not true or representative of the company in any way. The fact hat we have thrived for 34 years now and have many very long term employees lends credence to what we are saying here. People reading such posts on these websites have to balance the probabilities and decide for themselves.

      Some very sad and bitter people no longer here

      Pros

      Getting much busier in a tough competitive business. My sales territory is growing and that is what I focus on each and every day. Don't get involved in office drama as you can tell was not good. The owner is very transparent and fair. As a sales person you could not ask for a more fair and transparent place to work. The owner is a sales person at heart which I like and not an accountant or ego driven manager. Never late getting paid. Good products. Good customer service. Good pricing. Growth prospects.

      Cons

      I do wish we had had health benefits. Who wouldn't. We know there are few former people from the office who have large knives to sharpen and try to wreck the environment for those the remain, are content and do well. If you new their personal lifes you would understand why they are so bitter against the whole world and not just a former employer that is really pretty good.
