      Pros

      Passionate employees. Buttoned-up internal processes and communication. Small and adaptive teams to help clients solve challenges. Remote work flexibility. Great office space.

      Cons

      When it came down to it, the agency just didn't pick up business. Pitch after pitch, the money dried up as the year went by.

      Pros

      This company is now out of business. Closed its doors for good in Feb. 2019. Due to client and employee mismanagement dating back to 2011 and a horrible managing director who encouraged it all

      Cons

      No one in senior or middle management ever learned from their mistakes. Any success was mostly a lie and built on luck in having some accounts handed to them via attrition from sister agencies. Never had any new wins...ever.
