Good pay, full time hours.

Cons

Poor leadership decisions, lack of transparency, new upper management and advisors are clueless. Standard "CEO mistakes leads to mass layoffs rather than impacting them or upper leadership at all that" with the I messed up and take responsibility message but you pay the cost message to those who were let go without warning. Long time vets and hard workers let go in favor of the cheaper new hires who have no real experience in their role who remain.

Excellent training staff for Auction team members. Support staff care about their teams and customers.

Cons

Badly selected newly hired upper management staff. Cutting long-term employees over new hires without experience. Toxic work environment, caused by immature staff members favoring certain people over others.
