      Prior to Doug's retirement, MaxCyte was a company that cared about employees and patients.

      Cons

      Terrible leadership post 2024, ruined the culture.

      It was a good company. Salary and benefits are reasonable.

      Cons

      Many managers have been with the company for over 20 years, forming an insular group that frequently undermines employees behind closed doors. This has created a toxic culture that has significantly worsened in last two years. Consequently, many talented scientists and dedicated employees have chosen to leave the company. Too many evils under human skins.
