Pros
Owner is very easy going and the manager is very organized and easy to work with. Working from home was a plus.
Cons
Definitely not enough structured training for the employees in general. I would get conflicting directions and even with an approval get blamed for the failure of the project personally. The dynamics between how the sales staff is allowed to handle the employees is mind blowing. This one sales guy could ruin a conversation just by saying hello on a call. I have never seen such aggression and hostility by another individual in all my years working and if you were a woman he was even worse. He gave all the directions on the project checked and confirmed it then blamed others when it failed. The environment is TOXIC.

Pros
Working with the team was good. Some creative skilled people but underpaid, not appreciated and not trusted. Glad I ran into my boy and he is also out of there. We both talk about how physically sick that place made us. Should have wrote this review before.
Cons
These owners can not be more opposites. Smith liked no one and you could feel that. I remember having to listen to him bragging about his vacations and jet skis while we all made barely minimum wages. We would hear him complain about us paychecks our work but no training or help. Good thing he barely showed up and never worked direct with us. Mark was always changing things leaving doubt and taking orders. He was sure known for causing problems with people interoffice.
